Our Ethics Policy

1. About this policy

It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. This Ethics Policy outlines the ethical expectations and standards Rooster Punk Group Limited (hereafter referred to as "Company") commits to in its operations, covering essential areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Sustainability, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery, Anti-slavery & Human Trafficking, abolishment of Child Labour and Human Rights. Adherence to these standards is crucial for upholding the integrity and ethical standing of the Company in all its business dealings.

2. 1  Commitment to Standards: The Company is dedicated to understanding and adhering to its own standards as detailed in the our code of conduct policy. This commitment extends across all areas of operation, including environmental sustainability, anti-corruption and anti-bribery, combating modern-day slavery, and respecting human rights. 

2.2 Transparency and Compliance: The Company commits to maintaining accessible and relevant documentation to demonstrate adherence to these standards and will provide such documentation upon reasonable request. 

2.3  Ongoing Vigilance: Recognising the importance of continuous compliance, the Company pledges to regularly review and ensure its operations and those within its broader network align with the stated standards. 

2.4 Responsiveness to Changes: The Company acknowledges the dynamic nature of its Code of Conduct and commits to staying informed of any updates by reviewing its policies and adjusting practices accordingly. 

2.5 Network Compliance: The Company takes responsibility for ensuring that its network, including subcontractors and affiliates, adheres to the Suppliers Code of Conduct. It guarantees that any conduct rules it imposes are aligned with the company principles laid out in this policy. 

2.6 Prompt Notification of Non-compliance: The Company will immediately communicate any deviations from compliance, including potential or actual legal actions or notices, within its operations or network. 

2.7 Cooperation in Compliance Verification: The Company agrees to fully cooperate with internal and external efforts to validate compliance through audits, surveys, and reviews, providing necessary access to records, information, and personnel. 

2.8  Zero Tolerance for Breaches: The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for breaches of its Code of Conduct. It reserves the right to take immediate action in cases of non-compliance, failure to disclose non-compliance, inability to remedy non-compliance, or if negative publicity or reputation damage arises from violations of these standards.

1. Corporate Social Responsibility 

This policy outlines our efforts to give back to the world as it gives to us. It outlines both compliance and proactiveness. 

 2. Environmental Sustainability 

This policy recognises that we have a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same.  

3. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery 

Upholding the highest ethical standards, the Company takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. 

 The Company ensures transparent and accurate financial record-keeping and discloses any potential conflicts of interest. 

4. Combatting Modern Day Slavery 

The Company asserts that it does not engage in or condone practices related to c compulsory labour, bonded and child labour and exploitation & human trafficking. Compliance with employment laws, including minimum wage requirements, is paramount. The Company is dedicated to preventing and detecting any form of slavery and human trafficking within its business operations and network. 

5. Human Rights 

The Company firmly believes in and upholds the principles of human rights as outlined in the United Nations Global Compact and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. This includes the right to freedom of expression, the right to a safe and healthy working environment, and the right to be free from discrimination. 

The Company commits to conducting its business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people, including employees, customers, and communities affected by its operations. 

The Company takes proactive steps to ensure that its business activities do not directly or indirectly infringe on human rights and addresses any impacts on human rights promptly and effectively. 

The Company encourages and supports its network in adopting similar commitments to human rights, ensuring a collectively responsible and ethical approach to business. 

4. Breach of this policy

4.1  Breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. Any member of staff suspected of committing a breach of this policy will be required to co-operate with our investigation, which may involve handing over relevant passwords and login details. 

4.2  If we find that other individuals or organisations working on our behalf have breached this policy, we will ensure that we take appropriate action. This may range from considering the possibility of breaches being remediated and whether that might represent the best outcome for those individuals impacted by the breach to terminating such relationships
