Why Rooster Punk?
We’re a B2B brand and creative agency with a thing for human stories, smarter systems and growth.
If you know Rooster Punk, you probably know we're on a mission to Humanize B2B. You might know we wrote the book on it, too. But there's more to our story than making business marketing feel a bit more human.
We are a London-based B2B brand and creative agency founded in 2013 by Paul Cash. We help ambitious B2B businesses build brands people want to choose and sales and marketing organisations that work smarter. We call those two connected disciplines Humanize and Systemize.
Here are a few other things worth knowing.
Rooster Punk is listed among the top 50 B2B marketing agencies in B2B Marketing's Global B2B Marketing Agency Benchmarking Report 2026. The same report names us among the top 10 UK rising star agencies.
For us, that recognition reflects a simple ambition: to help B2B companies become more distinctive in their markets and more effective inside their organisations.
The 2026 agency benchmarking report also places Rooster Punk among the:
Those disciplines belong together. A clear strategy gives a brand something to stand for. A distinctive brand makes expertise easier to notice and remember. Thought leadership gives people a reason to trust it. Demand generation turns that relevance and trust into commercial conversations.
That's the thinking behind Humanize: connecting brand, authority building and demand generation so B2B businesses can win the emotional, trust and practical yes.
Our 2026 recognition didn't come out of nowhere. Rooster Punk won B2B Agency of the Year (Small) at The Drum Awards for B2B in 2021, followed by Silver for B2B Agency of the Year at the 2023 B2B Marketing Awards.
The work itself has been recognised across very different challenges. Our Get Your Money Hat On campaign for Allica Bank won Gold for Best Use of Creative at the 2024 B2B Marketing Awards and Best FinTech Brand Launch at the 2024 FinTech B2B Marketing Global Awards. Our launch of Access Evo for The Access Group then won Silver for Product or Service Launch at The Drum Awards for B2B 2025.
These are different briefs, but they share a belief: even when the product is complex, the story should be clear, human and hard to ignore.
Rooster Punk and our clients have been shortlisted five times for the B2B Marketing Awards 2026:
We're proud that the shortlist spans media, brand, creative and enterprise marketing. It captures the breadth of what it takes to make a B2B business more visible, more credible and more likely to be chosen. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in November 2026.
Rooster Punk features in the IPA Beacon agencies 2026 selection. The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising's profile of Rooster Punk describes our roots in bringing purpose and emotion to B2B marketing, and our more recent investment in growth and AI.
The mission to humanize B2B still matters to us. What has changed is how much more we can help clients do with their knowledge, people and technology.
Our Systemize work connects people, knowledge, AI and workflows so sales and marketing teams can create more effectively, operate with less friction and learn from what they already know.
That might mean making approved brand thinking and campaign assets easier for sales teams to find and use. It might mean designing intelligent workflows that reduce repetitive work. Or it might mean building a memory system so useful customer insight doesn't disappear into decks, inboxes and forgotten folders.
Humanize helps you become the business people choose. Systemize helps your organisation deliver on that promise consistently, at scale. Together, they are our approach to B2B growth.

A funding round, an IPO or a move into new markets can change a business quickly. Its brand needs to keep pace, giving customers a clear reason to notice it, trust it and choose it. At Rooster Punk We know what it takes to build a brand while the business behind it is changing fast.
We helped Funding Circle rethink its global brand before its £1.5 billion IPO. We worked with Currencycloud on two rebrands across seven years, before its acquisition by Visa for nearly $1 billion. And we helped launch Allica Bank’s brand campaign in 2024, before a funding round valued the bank at close to $1.2 billion.
Each business reached its milestone on its own terms. Our role was to help its brand tell a bigger, clearer story while the business was making its next move.
Growth can make a business harder to explain. Acquisitions add products. New markets bring new audiences. Before long, customers see a collection of capabilities and sales teams have several versions of the story. We help PE-backed mid-market businesses and established technology companies find a clear position, then turn it into a brand and campaigns people can understand and act on.
For The Access Group, we helped give its Evo AI platform a story that worked across products, markets and teams. For Colt, we turned a commitment to simpler customer experiences into a distinctive brand promise. And for TeamViewer, we reframed its role in the digital workplace for enterprise buyers. Different challenges, each demanding a clearer reason to choose the business.
Global marketing teams have a difficult brief: make complex expertise relevant across different markets without sanding away everything distinctive about it. Too often, the result is technically correct, carefully approved and easy to ignore.
We find the human story inside the technical one, then turn it into campaigns, content and thought leadership that people want to engage with. For Capgemini, we put its experts and their ideas at the centre of the campaign. For Sogeti, we helped bring its challenger spirit to the fore. We’ve also worked with Fujitsu and Okta to help global technology brands communicate with greater clarity and personality.
The aim is simple: make the expertise easier to understand, the brand harder to forget and the work more useful to the people taking it to market.
