#ThisRun unites us
In 2020 Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) approached Rooster Punk about helping them develop a series of brand films around their global sponsorship of the world’s biggest Marathons. Most people don’t know that the app used by the Virgin London Marathon and many others is developed by TCS. For the first time, TCS wanted to unite their involvement in individual city Marathons under one brand idea called #ThisRun. As we embarked on developing the global story, the pandemic took its grip and Marathon season as we know it, took a back seat to more important global issues. Undeterred, TCS wanted to use the #ThisRun message as a way to bring together its employees, customers and community of runners all over the world with a clear message around running being a key part of our health and wellbeing during lockdown. This video was the first in a series of pieces we developed that brought #ThisRun to life at a time when we all needed a pick me up and hope for the future.
