Award-winning B2B creative agency Rooster Punk has appointed Andrew Last as its new Managing Director, fresh off the back of a host of new client wins.

The agency has onboarded 10 new clients in 2024 including TeamViewer, Savills and Colt, with work spanning the full spectrum of services: strategy, creative, content, branding and demand generation.

Bringing a wealth of industry experience, Last joins from VCCP Group’s B2B tech agency Harvard, where he was MD and responsible for growing its integrated marketing offering. Prior to this he was at Gravity Global and Earnest.

Paul Cash, Founder and Chief Rooster said “Rooster Punk is entering an exciting new chapter and it’s a real coup to have Andrew join the coop as my new business partner. He embodies our ethos of Humanizing B2B and will bring fresh-thinking and a tonne of awesome experience to help build on our recent momentum and elevate us to even greater heights”.

Last will be responsible for launching new services and running Rooster Punk’s UK offering, whilst Cash focuses on thought leadership, formalising the agency’s AI approach and driving growth in global markets – including the US.

“I’ve always massively admired the mission and impact Paul and Rooster Punk has in pushing the boundaries of B2B, so I jumped at the chance to join,” Last said. “With the people, clients and exceptional quality of work already in place here, I see a huge amount of opportunity and I’m itching to help realise it.”

After 10 years as Managing Director, James Trezona has stepped down to pursue his passion for clean tech and sustainability. He will remain a shareholder in Rooster Punk Group and continue to contribute in a consultative capacity.
